Introductory Appointments
- Meet and greet / key collection or return - £10
Cat Sitter Drop-ins
- £16 per 30 minute visit
- £22.50 per 1 hour visit
- £30 per 2 hour visit
- £33 per 3 hour visit
- £9 per hour for bookings of 4 hours or more*
Includes:
- Feeding and topping up water as needed
- Affection, brushing, play and companionship (according to the preferences of your pet)
- Photos and videos of your pet during each visit (a minimum of 3 photos or 30 seconds of video)
- Cleaning litter at the end of each visit with a photo. 1 full tray clean upon request
- Washing food and water bowls on each visit
- If your pet is shy, the carer will stay with them for the duration of their visit and interact with them at their own pace
*Bookings of 5 hours or more will allow for a 30 min break for the carer to run any person errands (lunch, etc.)
Dog or Puppy Care Drop-ins
- £25 per 1 hour visit
- £32.50 per 2 hour visit
- £43 per 3 hour visit
- £12 per hour for bookings of 4 hours or more*
- £30 per hour for care on New Year's Eve + taxi home
Includes:
- Feeding and topping up water as needed
- Walking, brushing, play, affection and companionship
- Photos and videos of your pet during each visit (a minimum of 3 photos or 30 seconds of video)
- Washing food and water bowls on each visit
If you have a very young puppy, we spend 1:1 time with your pup in your own home to help with basic training at your instruction.
*Bookings of 5 hours or more will allow for a 30 min break for the carer to run any person errands (lunch, etc.)
Exotic Animals, Birds, Fish and Small Mammals
- £16 for one visit per day (30 minutes)
- £32 for two visits per day (30 minutes each visit)
- £22.50 for a one-hour visit per day
- £12 additional for cage cleaning
- £9/hour for bookings of 4 hours or more*
Includes:
- Feeding and topping up water as needed
- Photos and/or videos of your pet during each visit
- Interaction as appropriate to the needs of your pet
*Bookings of 5 hours or more will allow for a 30 min break for the carer to run any person errands (lunch, etc.)
Live-In Services
This is the perfect service if you’re going away for any period of time and would like overnight care for your pet. This ensures not only that your pet has more company and interaction but they can remain in their familiar home and routine and you can enjoy your holiday knowing that your pet is relaxed, cared for and your home is being looked after.
We, and any carers working with us, can ensure the following:
- There will be no smoking in your home
- None of your food or household materials will be used (except for cleaning materials noted in the Terms and Conditions)
- Will not bring anyone else into your home without written consent
- Will respect your privacy and not open doors, drawers or cupboards without needing to
- Will attempt to leave your home as clean or cleaner than we found it
Live-In 12 hours - Cats Only:
- £40 per night
- At least 12 hours of continuous care for every 24 hours
Live-In 24 hours - Cats and Dogs:
- £75 per night
- Your pet will never be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time (unless another arrangement is discussed)
- Includes two long (30 min or more) walks and 1 short (toilet break) walk

Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon the 1st day of care for all drop-in services
- Full payment is due upon booking & confirmation of all live-in services
- An invoice will be provided for all services
- Forms of accepted payment: Bank transfer only

Hi, I'm Ella!
I enjoy learning about wildlife & conservation, traveling and painting.
I've cared for animals for my whole life; including cats, dogs, mice, horses and guinea pigs. I’ve also volunteered with wildlife in Kenya, Namibia and Zimbabwe. These experiences have deepened my understanding and love of animal care.
Starting Kitties in the City was all about creating the kind of pet care service I would want for my own pets – one built on trust, compassion and genuine love for animals.
I can't wait to meet your pets and make sure they feel happy, safe and loved while you're away.
